Mark and his team have a strong commitment to giving back to the community. He serves as a legal advisor to several nonprofits and community groups, and is a volunteer attorney for the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.

Personal Interests
Family time with his wife and children are a priority in his life.
Mark has a passion for arts and music, performing on the trumpet with various ensembles about 25 times each year. He enjoys traveling and has visited some very remote places across six continents. He also is an avid runner, cyclist, hiker and skier.
Rebecca Yingst Price
Rebecca Yingst Price has devoted her legal career to helping families and individuals with estate planning, estate and trust administration, real estate and commercial enterprises. She believes that there is no substitute for proper legal planning to protect loved ones. Ms. Price has vast experience working with families with young children and disabled children in building estate plans that will allow their parents to rest assured that their children’s financial stability has been taken care of in the long-term. Ms. Price also works with single people and couples at all stages of life who share a long-term vision of for financial security for their loved ones, their pets, their vacation homes, or their favorite charities.
Ms. Price often works with families addressing the financial and emotional issues stemming from the loss of a loved one. She provides expert guidance to families navigating the estate administration process, whether the assets must be administered through the Probate Court, a Trust, or directly with a financial institution. Ms. Price has seen first hand how overwhelming the Probate Process can be for people unfamiliar with this administration. She has provided clients with the sound legal advice to allow them to address issues, such as, an estate that has multiple financial accounts, life insurance policies, real estate, a small business, debts and other financial complications. Proving you with the necessary legal assistance to address these types of issues in the most difficult of times motivates Ms. Price every day.
Ms. Price earned her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2003 and was sworn in by the Ohio Supreme Court to practice law that same year. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Spanish from University of Rochester in 1999, followed by a year of teaching English in Santiago, Chile, where she became fluent in Spanish. She began her legal career working at the Cleveland law firm of Thompson Hine. Thereafter she served as a judicial staff attorney at the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas as judicial staff attorney, first for the Judge Peggy Foley Jones and later for the Judge John J. Russo. Ms. Price built her estate planning and probate practice as an attorney with Gallup & Burns from 2007 through 2015. She is also Of Counsel to both the law office of David B. Gallup, Co. LPA and Law Office of Mark E. Porter, LLC through Of Counsel relationships.

Christine D’Andrea
Since 1989, Christine D’Andrea has worked for Mark Hoffman as a legal assistant.
Christine’s primary responsibilities include:
- Scheduling all appointments
- Reviewing information provided by clients for their estate plans, probate matters or business transactions and obtaining any missing information either through the client or additional sources with client permission (i.e., asset holders, governmental agencies, etc.)
- Preparing documents
- Notarization of documents
- Answering client’s day-to-day questions and requests that do not require attorney involvement
- Handling asset transfers for clients and estates
- Monitoring pending court matters

Since 2000, Cheryl Mlckovsky has served as the office manager and Mark Hoffman’s legal assistant.
