The law is complicated and often difficult to understand. We expect questions from our clients and pride ourselves in being able to explain things in a way that our clients will understand. Contact us.

We offer fixed fees for many of our estate planning, probate, elder law, and business and transaction services. All clients receive a written fee estimate, which includes court costs and any out-of-pocket expenses. A written authorization to proceed must be signed before any work is performed.

We do not answer technical questions or offer fee quotes over the phone or via email. Due to the many variables to each client’s individual situation, it is not fair to the client or us to estimate fees prior to gathering more information.
